Refund and return policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we invite you to review our refunds and returns policy. This returns and refund policy was created with the assistance of attorneys.

Don’t argue before asking for customer support, as you may lose money and service. We do not offer refunds if you make a dispute. Your money will be stuck.

Return Policy:

We believe in our products 100%. We do our best every day to make you happy and put a smile on your face using our service but we realize that our product purchasing plans cannot work perfectly for everyone all the time. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or have an issue that we cannot solve that renders the system unusable, we will be more than happy to refund your money.

How to apply for a refund?

Please note your transaction request ID with the subject: “Refund Request” and describe the issues you are experiencing and the reason for this request in your email. For some reason, you have to send us the proofs and we will also send you the proofs of our work and the things that we observe and we have to show you as well to better explain our point of view and our decision in more detail and more transparently.


Please understand and accept that we cannot provide refunds due to technical issues unless you allow us to attempt to resolve them and assist you appropriately. If we cannot solve your problem within 48 hours, we will refund you. Please contact our 24/7 live support anytime if you need assistance.
Refunds may only be issued within 72 hours of purchase. After 72 hours no refunds can be processed.
If you paid using credit cards, refunds will generally be processed and the funds returned to the debit card in the customer’s bank account within 20 to 31 business days.
However, there are cases where the refund process takes longer, up to 90 days. We are not responsible for these time frames and delays. We are not a payment provider just a PTVFIX service provider.
We will only refund your full amount on purchases made in less than 72 hours. All other refund requests will be returned partially. support team will contact users in all refund cases.
Note: The refund process usually takes 20 to 90 business days and it is not in our power to shorten this period. Our payment processors will take care of your refund requests. We will do our best to refund any user once we see the order and verify the user’s information.

When a user cannot set up their own box and system:

We will provide our best support to set up their boxes, devices, applications and systems in all cases of assistance requests. The reason is that we don’t know the circumstances related to the box, hardware, system, etc. Our support is limited to predefined steps for hardware configurations.

Most of the time, these problems are temporary and are caused by the following reasons:

Internet customer fluctuations.
Issue with box/applications/client setup in general.
Your ISP is having a problem.
Server update/restart from our side (weekly performance essential).
In case the user/customer is unable to print the content due to server issue or any other issues caused by us and from our side, we will refund the full package price or add all the lost time on top of your subscription for free + some additional bonuses that we can negotiate together.
